Freelance marketing and comms support that lights things up

Illumination switches on

That’s from Jabberwocky, the nonsense Lewis Carroll poem, which I find myself reading to my daughter most bedtimes this month.

And it describes quite neatly, what I feel about the launch of this new venture, Illumination. So while I’ve been working for clients for some time, today I flicked the switch on a public presence. So callooh, callay.

Illumination is here to help organisations (and individuals) of all kinds to light things up. I’ll be offering communications consultancy and freelance communications services.

My philosophy is simple.

Good communications is about getting the right information to the right people at the right time in the right medium.

So from PR to public affairs, taking in digital, publishing, crisis and corporate communications, marketing  and events, Illumination will provide freelance support to brighten up the communications world.

Initially, I expect to continue to work with clients in sport, recreation, policy, health and membership organisations . But with plenty of experience in a wide range of sectors, there will hopefully be lots of opportunities to help flick switches elsewhere too.
